Chicken & Biscuits

Part of this weeks Menu Plan

Sunday we were at a Chicken BBQ and of course neither me nor the Princess can finish a half a chicken so we had leftovers.
I took the leftovers off the bone (about 2 - 3 cups)1/3 of an onion chopped & sauteed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 container of sour cream

Assemble in a crock pot. Cook 5-6 hours.

Using my Whole Wheat Flaxseed Baking Mix I will make biscuits to serve this on. You could also make the biscuit batter & put spoonfuls into the pot with about a half an hour left of cook time for dumplings (check to make sure the centers are cooked).
