Great Guacamole
4 avocados, peeled
1 T lemon juice
About 1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
Split avocados and remove seeds. Mash avocado with fork. Add lemon juice, salsa, sour cream and salt. Serve with tortilla chips.
