Best Ever Meatloaf

I don't think I've ever put mushroom soup in my meatloaf, but I will try it the next one I make.

Best Ever Meatloaf

2 pounds ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup

Mix all together with hands. Mold and shape in loaf pans. Bake at 350
degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and drain
grease. Cool before serving.

Serves 8.

I've never put oatmeal in my meatloaf. What does it do for the flavor?
