I made my sweet potato casseroles early and found I had plenty of sweet potatoes & pineapple left so I made 5 loaves of this bread.
Pineapple Sweet Potato Bread
I made 4 as the recipe states, except using pecans instead of walnuts. Then I made a loaf without nuts & used chocolate chips instead.

I've made this a few times I think green raisins work better than the nuts.
